ClubConnect by Invited

Overview

ClubConnect is a dedicated messaging platform within the Invited ecosystem designed to help private clubs communicate more effectively with their members. The application enables clubs to create, manage, and distribute targeted communications that promote events, increase participation, and strengthen member engagement.

I led the end-to-end UX and product design process, from discovery and research through implementation, creating an intuitive messaging experience that seamlessly integrated with the broader club management platform.


The Problem

Club leaders and staff relied on multiple disconnected tools to communicate with members about events, club activities, promotions, and important announcements.

Through stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis, we identified several key challenges:

- Communication tools lacked personalization and audience targeting capabilities.
- Event marketing campaigns were difficult to track and optimize.
- Messaging workflows were fragmented across multiple systems.
- Members received inconsistent communications, leading to lower engagement.
- Existing tools lacked visibility into message performance and member interactions.
- Staff needed a solution that integrated seamlessly with existing club management processes without requiring additional training.

These challenges resulted in missed engagement opportunities, reduced event participation, and operational inefficiencies for club staff.


The Goal

Design a centralized messaging platform that would:

- Increase member engagement and event participation.
- Simplify communication workflows for club staff.
- Enable highly targeted messaging campaigns.
- Improve communication effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
- Integrate seamlessly with the existing Invited ecosystem.
- Create a scalable foundation for future communication features.


Discovery & Research

To understand the needs of both club staff and members, I conducted a comprehensive research initiative involving stakeholders across multiple departments.
